Craftsman Conversion

We gutted and reconfigured the first floor of this early 20th c craftsman style brick home with an eye toward stylistic harmony and replication. We also added a first floor bay projection, compatible with the home's exterior, to expand the floor area and create an open kitchen.

Great attention was paid to matching, reworking and extending the existing white oak floors, paneling and trim. At the same time, the floor plan is modern and open, and transforms a previously dark dining room into a sunny space.
