This renovation reconfigured a tight and enclosed kitchen and a narrow back entry hall to create a more spacious and open sequence of spaces without expanding the house. We added large windows that look into the back yard to brighten and visually expand the first floor. A marble and wood bar divides kitchen from formal dining space. Additionally, a radiator was removed and a powder room was relocated to make way for a back-door locker, storage and organization center.
