New Neighbor Duplex

After clearing the lot of a worn-down 3-unit rental house, we worked within the existing context of this early 20th c neighborhood to fit in a duplex with street and alley frontage. Each unit is sunny, spacious and has dedicated outdoor space. Every square inch of the site was used efficiently and cost-effectively to meet these goals.
