With a modest 5'x 7' two-story addition that opens up to an enclosed back yard, we dramatically altered this 1500 sf home. Every square inch of interior space was maximized by the arrangement of functions, the placement of interior and exterior windows, and the juxtuposition of colors. Work included a new kitchen and eating area, a first floor bathroom, an additional bedroom and a second floor laundry.
