Historic Condo - Pittsburgh, PA

This classic early 20th century condo in the heart of Oakland features generously sized rooms with big windows, lots of sunlight, and beautiful wood trim. The kitchen and bathrooms, along with all the mechanical systems, are another story. Our job was to recombine several rooms in order to create a modern kitchen and guest bathroom while working with the limitations of a concrete structural system. We also had to respect existing plumbing, heating, and electrical lines that serve the units above and below. Nonetheless, we are well on our way to totally transforming this home.
